Our flat-rate networking contract gives you 24/7 technical support at an affordable and predictable cost. We actively monitor your network at all times and are notified immediately of any issues so that we can resolve them before you experience any downtime.
We also offer on-demand remote support, allowing your users to request support immediately.
Pricing
Monthly
- 1 - 5 Users: $250 per month
- 6 - 10 Users: $500 per month
- 11 - 25 Users: $750 per month
- 26 - 50 Users: $1000 per month
Hourly
- On-site: $75 per hour
- Remote: $50 per hour
